Design consultation

Share your kitchen dimensions (approximate is fine), style preferences, material interests, and budget range. If you have photos or inspiration images, even better.

This step is free. If you're not sure what you want yet, that's exactly what this conversation is for.

Step 02

3D plans and real-time pricing

See your kitchen come to life in 3D with pricing that updates as you make decisions.

Change the material — see the price change. Add an island — see the cost. Swap door styles, try different finishes, adjust the layout. Every decision shows its impact in real time so you stay in control of your budget.

This is where Dodi's process diverges from the industry. Most cabinet companies make you wait days or weeks for a revised quote every time you change something. With Dodi, you see it instantly.

Timeline

15 minutes in the design app. 2–3 days with the Dodi design team for complex projects.

Nothing beyond Step 1. Refine as many times as you want — there's no limit.

Step 03

Finalize your order

Review final plans with the Dodi team. Confirm materials, hardware, dimensions, and delivery timeline.

This is the last checkpoint before manufacturing begins. The team verifies exact measurements (if we haven't already), confirms every detail, and locks the price. Once finalized, nothing changes — no surprise additions, no scope creep, no "we need to adjust the estimate."

The price you approved is the price you pay. The timeline you were given is the timeline you get.

1–2 days for final review and sign-off.

Step 04

Manufacturing and delivery

Your cabinets are built in our Milpitas facility and delivered to your home.

Pre-finished cabinets (materials that come ready from the supplier) deliver in 2–4 weeks. Cabinets with custom finishing (paint, stain, Rubio Monocoat) deliver in 6–8 weeks. These timelines start after your order is finalized in Step 3.

Cabinets arrive fully constructed — not flat-packed, not ready-to-assemble. Open the packaging and they're ready for your installer to mount.

Pre-finished: 2–4 weeks. With finishing: 6–8 weeks.

The price includes cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, soft-close hardware (hinges and drawer slides), and your selected finish. Countertops, installation, and specialty accessories are not included. Our design app shows you exactly what's included as you configure your kitchen.
