Product Warranty
DodiHome, Inc. — Custom Cabinets (Non-E-Commerce)
This warranty applies to DodiHome, Inc. ("DodiHome") custom cabinet products other than e-commerce vanities. The terms and conditions are as follows.
Coverage
DodiHome and its manufacturers warrant that products are free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as they are owned by the original purchaser. This warranty applies to primary, secondary, and rental properties.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Costs of removing warranted material or installing replacement material
- Improperly stored or installed items
- Natural variations and aging inherent in wood
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification
- Unfinished products
Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:
- Email info@dodihome.com with details and photographs of the defective product.
- DodiHome will examine the claim and notify you of eligibility for refund or replacement.
- If eligible, DodiHome will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
Important Notes
- DodiHome reserves the right to inspect claimed defective products.
- No returns, replacements, or repairs may be made without prior written consent from DodiHome.
- Replacement parts may vary from original and are subject to availability.
- This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original homeowner.
Product Care Guidelines
- Wood products should not be subjected to abnormal heat, cold, extreme dryness, or humid conditions.
- Unfinished wood products should be sealed and finished promptly.
- Pre-sealer is recommended, especially for medium to dark finishes, to prevent uneven finishing.
Manufacturer Warranty (Non-DodiHome Components)
- Limited to replacement of doors, drawer fronts, molding, and accessories.
- Liability limited to the net invoice price of components sold.
- Warp or twist of 3/16 inch or less is not considered a defect.
- Doors are manufactured to the nearest 1/16 inch.
DodiHome is not responsible for any labor costs accrued during the installation of its products. This warranty is the sole warranty of DodiHome and its manufacturers, in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
